The newer, modernized brewery is very different from the original.
On a rainy Maui day where we struggled to find some sunshine, we decided to check out the new Maui Brewing Company in Kihei. We had visited the location in Lahaina several times over, but had yet to experience the new location.
Once we arrived at the parking lot, the differences between this and the Lahaina location could not have been more noticeable. This building was substantially larger, had a garden out front, and a much more modern feel.
When we entered, we noticed that despite roughly four times of the capacity of the Lahaina location, there was not a seat to be found. Luckily, after spending 20 minutes admiring the decor, we were able to slip into a location at the end of the bar.
We could have spent hours here as they offered 36 beers on tap, most of which are not available on the mainland, so we spent our tasters trying flavors that we were not accustomed to.
If you want to make a day out of it, his location offers tours to the public for $15 per person, which last about 45 minutes. There is also live entertainment daily, so it's relatively easy to lose track of time here!
Know Before You Go
The brewery has grown in popularity, so expect wait times when you arrive.
They offer "logo wear Wednesday" where when you wear MBC Hats/Apparel, you get discounted drinks.
Just like most breweries, there is opportunity to purchase apparel and other gifts on site.
If you want to do the brewery tour, be sure to book in advance!
Ensure that you have your location correct - there are now 2 locations on Maui and 2 on Oahu.

Location
Found in roughly the middle of Maui, its just a few minutes off of State Route 31. Since it is a larger location in a business park, parking is easier to come by here vs most locations in Maui.
